Behind on the review , but yesterday was Thursday which means there was a new Ingress Report. We do our best today to summarize and break it down to provide links and helpful contains within the video.
This week’s Ingress Report differed from previous weeks as it focused around the ongoing recursion event and storyline but did not contain any featured portals or operations that occurred during the last week.
What we know about the Recursion event:
The first Anomaly was claimed by the Resistance. Where in Miami the Resistance agents created massive fields and successfully fended off Enlightened forces. Along with winning Miami the remote event in Louisville also went to Resistance agents. The Enlightened didn’t go out without a fight however as Enlightened agents managed to claim a win with the remote event in Columbus, Ohio. Overall the Miami cell was won by the Enlightened but the global was controlled by Resistance.
The goal of the Recursion anomalies was announced. Along with the anomalies to gain control of an area the winning faction will be allowed access to a portal that will contain one of the 17 total artifacts that are going to be put in play throughout the event. The goal is to get these artifacts to a target portal so that they can be obtained by either Ada or Klue in order to complete the union.
March 29th will be the last day of the recursion event and will determine the future of the storyline and who gains control of these artifacts that are being put in play.

These anomalies influence artifacts and the anomaly will create a portal near by for the winning faction only. They will then have only a few days to move the artifacts to the target portal. Any artifacts not moved to the target portal will be immobilized during the next anomaly and reactivated with new artifacts afterwards to move to a new target portal. During the final week two target portals will appear.
The lives of hank Johnson and Klue hang in the balance during this event although in different ways.
